About me

Kwabena is a Management Consultant with specialization in Web-Based Application Development, Research, Monitoring & Evaluation, Business Development Services, Microfinance and Related Advisory Services, Computational Statistics, Training and Facilitation.

Kwabena holds Masters in Business Administration (MIS) and BSc (Hons) Computer Science, Statistics all from the University of Ghana in 2005 and 2000 respectively. In addition, He has had training in Adult Training and Facilitation Skills (Andragogy) and Performance Management System. He is a Member of ISACA-Accra Chapter and Chartered Institute of Human Resources Management, Ghana. 

Kwabena has performed various assignments in different capacities for Development Partners like GiZ, The WORLD BANK, DANIDA, UNDP, JICA, EU, African Development Bank, International Organizations including, AfricaSeeds, FARA, Unico International Corporation (Japan) and ECOWAS, Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and local Corporate Organizations among others are GHAMFIN, Microfinance Apex Institutions, Metropolitan, Municipal and District Assemblies (MMDAs) and Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs).

  • Lead Consultant – Dev of Climate Finance Knowledge Hub.
  • Lead Consultant – Microfinance Institutional Mapping under RAFiP. Mapped geographical locations of all MFIs (including RCBs) in Ghana.
  • Consultant – Feasibility Study for the Establishment of a Credit Reference Bureau for MFIs in Ghana.

About me

Patience is a passionate achiever with about 20 years of experience in Community, Human and Institutional Development. She has worked with both international and national non-governmental organizations and has held many Senior level positions including Community Development Expert, Senior Human Resource Specialist, Program Communications Manager, Senior Training Officer on Micro-finance and National Partner.

She has been involved in projects with sponsorship from many International Organizations such as: UNICEF, World Bank, USAID Ghana, Plan International, Action Aid, KfW/MLGRD, GTZ, DANIDA, DFID and Compassion International either as either a consultant, Project team lead or member.

Patience has worked on projects in critical areas with outcomes in Poverty Reduction, Holistic Child Development, Institutional Strengthening (Leadership, & Governance structures), Community Development, Rural Housing, Water and Sanitation, Micro-finance, Child/Social Protection, Child Survival Issues, Gender Advocacy and Youth Development etc.

She has international exposure with good appreciation of leadership roles and responsibilities and poised for a high level managerial job engagement.


⦁ Coordinated, developed and facilitated capacity building programs for over 430 Partner Projects reaching about 95,000 children and youth in Ghana.

⦁ Supported the Health team to equip Project Health workers on sexual reproductive health, malaria prevention and management, personal and environmental hygiene campaigns, HIV/AIDS prevent, management & support.

⦁ Coordinated and Facilitated the training of Rural Banks for effective implementation of Micro-finance operations in 7 regions across Ghana with funding Unicef, ActionAid Ghana, Plan Ghana and UNICEF

⦁ Trained over 140 Project Management Committees members of Credit and Savings Associations across Ghana.

⦁ Conducted Training Needs Assessment (TNA) and developed training curriculum for POs and Management Committees under the VIP program in three districts of Ghana.

⦁ Participated in a Socio-demographic Survey under the PRODICAP 1 in the Brong-Ahafo Region KfW/MLGRD.

⦁ Provided Facilitation Expertise for the GTZ/MoFA sponsored workshops in PRA

Opon-Yeboah combines a wide range of publishing skills including Graphics Designing, Script Development and Editing in moulding his reputation as a Publishing Consultant. His experience transcends the field of publishing to include Project Management, Leadership and Personal Development coaching as well as Pastoring and church administration.

Opon-Yeboah has rendered publishing services to many individuals and organisations. Notable among them is the Ghana Colleges and Universities Placement Guide, The Mensah Sarbah Hall Official magazine, Winners Chapel Ghana anniversary magazine to mention but a few.

Michael Aryeetey

About me

Michael Aryeetey is a trained accounts officer and a facilitator of development processes. Michael holds a Diploma in Accounting from the University of Professional Studies (UPS) Accra (2005) and Bachelor of Business Studies Degree in Accounting from Wisconsin International University College Accra (2018).

He has over Ten years of experience in accounting, management and administration of organizations and institutions. He is an effective communicator and has worked with RIMCS Consult, Speedster ICT Resource Centre, El-yasadh Resources, El-Yasadh Foundation, Association International School and Osei Kwabena and Associates (Chartered Accountant and Management Consultant’s), he is a good team player. Michael is also a director of El-Yasadh Foundation, a Financial NGO that has special interest in educating poor and needy children in poor communities.

Michael has special abilities in organizing and mentoring poor and needy children and also developing their self-esteem (Volunteer-Non- paid). He is one of the 101 young African leaders selected from all over Africa to attend Africa Business Leaders Conference in 2007.
